Who we are

Storehand is an ecommerce consultancy run from Japan by Levi Facchini. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Storehand.

What we collect

If you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, store URL (if you give it), what you're interested in, a rough revenue range (if you give it) and your message. The form also sends a timestamp used only to filter out spam.

If you email us, we receive your name, email address and anything you choose to include in your message, such as your store URL or details about your business.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and button clicks. It doesn't use cookies or collect personal information that identifies you.

This website has no accounts or advertising tools, and it doesn't set cookies.

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically processes technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used to deliver the site and keep it secure.

How we use it

We use the information you send us to reply to your enquiry, discuss possible work and, if we work together, to provide our services and manage the engagement.

We don't sell your personal information or use it for marketing lists.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run the business: Vercel hosts this website, Resend (email delivery, USA) delivers contact form messages to us, and Google (Gmail) handles our email. These providers may store data outside Australia.

We don't otherwise share your personal information unless you ask us to, or we're required to by law.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence for as long as it's needed to respond to you and for reasonable business and record-keeping purposes, then delete it.

Access, correction and questions

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or raise a privacy concern, by emailing levifacchini@gmail.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).

Changes to this policy

We'll update this page if the way we handle personal information changes. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
