Hi, I'm Levi.
I'm an Australian ecommerce manager living in Japan. My day job is running two established Australian Shopify stores end to end, doing a combined $30M+ a year. That means product loads, promotions and scheduled pricing, landing pages, marketplaces, dashboards, the app stack, and keeping developers and designers on schedule.
Storehand is the same work for smaller brands. It suits teams who need someone experienced to own the store and get things live, but don't need a full-time hire or an agency.
Japan is 1–2 hours behind the Australian east coast, so I work on your requests in the evening after your day ends, and you see them done the next morning. I'm also around on weekends for planned launches.
What you can expect
I do the work
I make the changes in your store myself. You won't get a report and a to-do list.
Most of the store, covered
Merchandising, promotions, projects, SEO, automation and light development, without finding a specialist for each.
Things get finished
I chase the developer, check the work and tell you when it's live.
Ongoing or one-off
A monthly plan for steady work, or a fixed-price project when you need one thing done.
Short, plain updates
What's done, what's next and what I need from you. No jargon.
I take on a small number of clients at a time so the work gets proper attention. Based in Japan, working Australian hours.
Got a store that needs a hand?
Tell me a bit about it and what you'd like to get done.
